Once orders are placed, cancellation may be possible if prior to fulfillment but is not guaranteed. Please understand that once an order is placed it is slated for production, so it will likely not be cancellable. Contact us at customerservice@Dontbesadshop.com as soon as possible so we can update you on your real-time order status. If your order has been fulfilled by the time we're able to get back to you, we can help facilitate a return.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
- For orders that are returned, only the cost of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
- A 15% restocking/processing fee is included on exchanges.
