Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Once orders are placed, cancellation may be possible if prior to fulfillment but is not guaranteed. Contact us at customerservice@Dontbesadshop.com as soon as possible so we can update you on your real-time order status. If your order has been fulfilled by the time we're able to get back to you, we can help facilitate a return.

If you'd like to make a return or an exchange, please email customerservice@Dontbesadshop.com for returns/exchanges and include your Order Number and reason for the return.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • For orders that are returned, only the cost of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
  • A 15% restocking/processing fee is included on exchanges.
