Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Once orders are placed, cancellation may be possible if prior to fulfillment but is not guaranteed. Contact us at as soon as possible so we can update you on your real-time order status. If your order has been fulfilled by the time we're able to get back to you, we can help facilitate a return.

If you'd like to make a return or an exchange, please email for returns/exchanges and include your Order Number and reason for the return.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or there was an error on our part.
  • For orders that are returned, only the cost of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
  • A 15% restocking/processing fee is included on exchanges.
